WHAT IS THE POWER OF YOUTH CHARTER?

The Power of Youth Charter is a national initiative designed to recognise, support, and champion youth leadership within businesses and organisations to drive positive change.

The Power of Youth Charter is not just for youth-focused organisations. It’s for every business, charity, public sector body, and community organisation across the UK.

It’s not about recruitment, employment, or work experience, it’s about valuing young people as equal partners in shaping society, ensuring their voices influence the decisions that affect them.
