The National Fire Cadets Mission is to;

- Support the establishment of a further 60 Fire Cadet Units across the UK
- Provide a further 900 new Fire Cadet Places for young people
- Provide a further 240 new Fire Cadet Instructor Places for adults
- Support each Fire Cadet Unit undertake at least three Social Action activities per year including a Fire Cadet day of Social Action
- Build the six quality principles of youth social action provision into our work, ensuring that every young person has a great experience
- Celebrate young people who are taking a lead in developing youth social action and ensure young people have a voice in decision making
- Nominate young people as #iwill ambassadors to represent the work they’ve done through our organisation
- Act as an ambassador for the #iwill campaign. Sharing our success story and encouraging our partners to be involved in helping to grow youth social action participation.
