• Conducting 2 surveys amongst AoC member Colleges to establish the level of service to others by College students. The first of the surveys to establish a baseline; the second to determine progress and to identify any barriers to progress or examples of best practice.
  • To agree briefing material with the Step Up To Serve. and on at least 2 occasions in the next year to draw this attention to all College principals and senior managers via AoC communication channels.
  • Develop good practice initiatives in partnership with the National Union of Students.
