  • Proving a good practice guide on how to support youth social action through employee volunteering and community engagement.
  • Building the evidence base for the “double benefit” using the the CIPD Learning to Work (youGov) Survey.
We met our pledge by publishing the 'Unlock new talent' guide and promoting employer support for social action and integration into recruitment strategies, through six events throughout 2015.
